AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR APPOINTMENT FEE.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WE ASK THAT THIS BE DONE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR DEPOSIT WILL EITHER BE REFUNDED, OR APPLIED TO A NEW APPOINTMENT. IF YOU PROVIDE LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT AS A CANCELLATION FEE.
